Information we process
When you create an account, Xetna processes your email address, display name, authentication provider and basic account metadata. When you request support, we process the category, Minecraft version, mod loader, subject, description, optional diagnostic text and conversation messages you submit.
How information is used
- Authenticate your account and keep it secure.
- Provide ticket history and real-time support replies.
- Diagnose launcher problems and improve reliability.
- Prevent spam, fraud and unauthorized access.
Service providers
The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Authentication, database and real-time messaging are provided through Supabase. Google is used only when you choose Google sign-in. These providers may process technical information according to their own privacy terms.
Security and prohibited submissions
Access is restricted with account authentication and database row-level security. Never submit passwords, verification codes, Microsoft access tokens, payment details or complete files containing unrelated personal information in a ticket.
Retention and control
Account and support information is retained while required to provide the service, resolve disputes and protect platform security. You may request account or ticket deletion through Xetna Support, subject to necessary security and legal retention.
Age
Xetna accounts are intended for users aged 13 or older. Where local law requires parental or guardian permission, users must obtain it before creating an account.
